Basically if you don't like what you've bought you can return it to us within 1 year of purchase for a full refund (providing the tags are still on and it is unworn). If it's our mistake we'll even refund your postage costs!
We also guarantee our products for life - if you have bought something and you don't think its held up to the rigours of normal use contact us using the form below and we will sort out a replacement.
